Advertising my Business Legally?
I own a restaurant in Henderson NV. I wanted to build some sort of A-Frame platform on the bed of my Dodge truck large enough to accommodate a banner approx. 5′x5′ with our business location phone number and directions. I would like to drive around the area promoting the business during bussy traffic hours. Since I am using my own personal car as a portable billboard do I need any permission from the city or special licensing?
