Dog Towable

what i have to do to properly open a vending cart/hot-dog cart business? i have one and dont know what to do?

i own one of those pushing carts..although it’s towable, and dont know how i can make a profit during this summer and take advantage of it. if anyone knows the steps to make this a legal business please let me know, thank you in advance

Check with your local Business Information Center. You may be required to have a special vendors licensing, as well as Health Department licensing.

As far as taking advantage, get your ears out there and watch for special events coming up. Locally we have this thing called Munch-N-Music once every week during summer. The park is filled with people and vendors, listening to music and hanging out. Things like this are great for business.
Anywhere there is a crowd of people, and you can legally vendor there will be a hit.
