Knee Wake
Why do my knees ache in the morning after I wake up from a night of drinking alcohol?
It seems like everytime I drink the next morning I wake up and my knees are so achy. Does anyone have a clue as to why?
Could be dehydration.
Or, as the saying goes, we all feel better looking, smarter, faster, stronger, etc. when drinking, so are you doing anything that may be over straining your knees?
