Anyone ever taken Mega-T Green Tea with Hoodia?

I have just recently started taking this along with diet and exercise to boost my weight loss. I have been experiencing mild dizziness and nausea.
Is this a normal reaction or should I stop taking this?
I can’t find any side effects on the product package or online.
