Why isn’t my tower running sideways?

I have an ASUS P4C800E Deluxe mobo running Ubuntu Server(shouldn’t make a difference) with all of my hard drives secured and capable of running sideways. The problem is when I boot the computer after it is turned sideways it beeps frequently but the beeps are not listed in the POST. I would love to place this server sideways in my racks because it is really causing an appearance and space issue with the electronics closet!

Honestly, physical orientation shouldn’t make any difference. Reseat RAM? If it’s one beep over and over it’s a memory thing.
